I'm still in a contract with my current provider. Can I switch?
Often, yes. Dojo may cover exit fees up to £3,000 depending on your card turnover and eligibility. Send us your statement and contract details and we'll check your options, and tell you honestly if staying put is the better deal.
Is the savings review really free?
Completely. You send a statement, we show you the comparison. If it's not worth switching, we'll say so, no charge, no obligation.
How quickly can I be up and running?
Once you decide to go ahead, setup is typically completed within days. We install in person and train your team, and your existing system can keep running until the new one is live.
What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?
Dojo terminals automatically switch to 4G, so you keep taking payments even when your internet doesn't cooperate.
Do you only cover South London?
We're based in South London and provide in-person installation and support across London, Kent and Surrey. For businesses further afield, we arrange remote setup and phone support anywhere in the UK.
